About LaJoy's Loving Hands

 

 

LaJoy Andrews–Dabney, founder and CEO of LaJoy’s Loving Hands Healthcare originally pursued her dream for an in-home healthcare business after caring for her mother and uncle in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1994. Those countless days and night that LaJoy experienced with her own family members gave her the strong desire to open her doors to other family members that was experiencing the same situations.  

 

Mrs. Andrews-Dabney decided to pursue her dream due to the growing demand for in-home senior care in the St. Louis, Missouri area by opening her first office in 2015.  LaJoy understanding why more seniors or opting to remain in the comforts of their homes versus being moved into a home. Aging can be very difficult and a change in environment can have an adverse effect on seniors during their greatest time of need.

 

The most unique aspect of LaJoy’s Loving Hands Healthcare is the quality services offered to seniors. We remove the burden and worry by personally screening your caretakers. We provide full background checks and employment screenings. We are hands on, side by side with you in your home to make sure all your needs are met, so that your standard of living continues.  We can quickly assess deficiencies and continue to point you in the right directions. We believe that safety is the utmost priority when dealing with our clients. In addition in providing home care and assisted living placement services for seniors, we also provide it for their family and friends.
